D2C Concierge is a North West based company. We provide high quality chauffeur services around the UK and into Europe to both private & corporate clients.

Can child seats be provided?

Child seats are provided upon request at no extra charge.

What in-car entertainment is provided?

Wi-Fi, TV, PS5, and music are available in most vehicles. Please confirm your specific requirements when booking.

Are pets allowed in the vehicle?

Pets are allowed (within reason). Please request this in advance.

Can food and drink be consumed in the vehicle?

Bottled water is provided free of charge. Other refreshments, including champagne for special occasions, and food snacks (within reason) can be provided upon request.

Can we smoke in the vehicle?

We have a strict no-smoking policy in line with government guidelines and UK law for registered vehicles. However, your driver will be happy to stop for a break at your request.

Will we get a confirmation of the driver's arrival?

Your driver will call or text you before collection. At this point, you can fine-tune any additional requests. Once they have arrived, your driver will call again to let you know they are ready for you.
